+ -1 moreWOW! AMAZING! We did not have a water filter on our house prior to having Pure Water Systems install a filter. Despite living in a nice area in South Reno, our old water smelled & tasted like dirt! No exaggeration. It was disgusting to take a shower & smell that terrible odor. A while back we even had TMWA come out & test our water & they said it fell within acceptable limits, but it was no way near acceptable. Well this week the Pure Filter System was installed and instantly our water smelled and tasted wonderful! We couldn’t believe the horrible dirt smell was finally gone. But IT IS! We are forever thankful for this amazing system and how it has removed a huge stressor in our lives. The team who came out to install the unit, Geoff and Mike, were professional, thorough, patient (explained everything!). We were super comfortable with them. It was reassuring that the Pure Water System company is licensed, bonded, and have an A rating on the Better Business Bureau. That kind of thing means a lot to us. We only wish we’d done this valuable upgrade to our home the minute we moved in. Thanks Pure Water Systems for improving the quality of our lives!

+ 0 moreIt went very well. The system was installed very efficiently and professionally. They did a great job of explaining how the system worked and how the installation would be done. The system was a significant investment but we really wanted to be drinking and bathing in clean water as we are increasingly careful with our food and most other demensions of our lives.
Description of Work: TMWS installed their water filtration system and PH balancing unit, removing all contaminants and giving us PH balanced water to drink.
