The guys from Top Tier were professional and courteous. They showed up early for the job which was good because they freed up the rest of my day. They worked quick, but with quality. I would hire them again.

He truly exceeded my expectations! The quality of his work was far better than the existing quality of a brand new home just recently built. He performed the job with the highest level of integrity possible. I may need to replace the rest of my doors to have them match the quality of the door he installed! Don gave me a call prior to his arrival, on time and courtes. Told what I needed and he inspected the worn weather stripping on my front door and my patio French door and discussed cost and plan of action. A pleasure to work with professionals. Totally satisfied.

We first hired this business to deal with a plumbing leak, but we quickly expanded to a full bathroom remodel. To be honest, there were hiccups as the project progressed, and we had some doubts that it would be completed to our satisfaction. In the end, however, Don worked hard to get the job done and make sure we were satisfied. Looking at the bathroom now, we are happy with how it ended up.

It went really well. He is very responsive, timely and got it all done within two to three hours. They did a really good job.

The staff is courteous and professional. Job was clean and swift from start to complete.

I'm not happy with the company they over promised and under delivered.I gave them a chance. First thing they didn't complete the work that they came understaffed at the beginning they didn't have a ladder I let him borrow one of mine and a step stool to help out it took them way too long and they didn't finish the work they started at 7:00 they stopped at 3:45 for a gazebo I would assume that contractors should have an easy time with something like this he gave me the impression that it will only take 5 hours max when I talk to him the day before they started 07/21/24 at 7:00am they stopped at 3:45pm they can't running into minor hiccups complaining that the gazebo was not cut properly or different things when he finally said they couldn't finish. The foreman said that they needed to be paid today and they'll finish tomorrow I wasn't happy with that. I had all intention of paying him for the completed work I even let them work longer I thought I'm not happy with the company.

Very happy with the whole process from start to finish. I submitted the job Saturday evening, Don replied after few minutes, the next day he checked what needs to be done and the following day it's done! He promised it will be completed in one day and he and his crew did just that. Thank you!

Top Tier Home Improvement LLC did a fantastic job reinstalling my security door! The stucco company couldn't figure out how to fix their mistakes. Don & Ace repaired the problem and I am very happy with their work. I will hire Top Tier again when I need other work done!

Top Tier reinstalled my security gate. The stucco company couldn't figure out how to put it back in. Don & ace put it back together in less than 4 hours. It wasn't easy but they did a great job! I would recommend Top Tier and will use them again in the future.
