 + -1 moreAfter moving cross country the hour striker on our Sligh mantel clock was off, at 3 o'clock it would strike nine times. When I called Timeless Enterprises to ask about fixing it they told me over the phone how to do it myself! The instructions were clear and within a minute of ending the phone conversation our clock was chiming accurately. I am so pleased that they helped me over the phone and at no charge that you can be sure I will use them in the future and recommend them whenever I can.

Description of Work: I have a mantel clock that I had a quote done several years ago by a company in Sparks. They quoted me $600 to fix it. When I took it to TimeLess they told me upfront that if it needed cleaning, it would be $45. If it needed new parts it would run from $300 something. Either way I felt I was ahead of the game from the last quote. It ended up needing to be cleaned for $45. I highly recommended this company.

 + -1 moreThey are the warranty people for Howard Miller. The warranty work they did on the floor clock was free because it was under warranty. It is a guy and his wife. He used to be a Porsche repairman and he got into clocks. He has done two of ours and he has done an excellent job. The guy shows up when he says he will show up. The time he says it will take is pretty accurate but he has to be able to get the parts from the manufacturers. He is very professional and when he gets done, it works. It is hard to find people that do repairs and he is really quite good. I have recommended him to all kinds of people. I have very little experience with the price. I would use him again.
Description of Work: I used Timeless Enterprises to repair our Seth Thomas wall clock. They have also repaired our Howard Miller floor clock.
