It was a great job overall.

Bids were based on owner concept and outline of what was needed rather than detailed and quot;designand quot;. Quote was not lowest but bid details and understanding of the project and suggestions during the walk through gave us more confidence for only slight cost increase. All workmen were professional, questioned us first if not sure of what we wanted or had options to offer. We added installing the flooring to the work list at the last minute and they worked around a delay in the manufacturer shipping schedule. Kept us informed and cleaned up as they went. We would definitely use them again.

The quality of the work was outstanding. The tape and texture work matched our existing house exactly. The pricing was fair and the workers professional. (A nice change in that we weren't worried in having them in our family home.) Hat's off to Brett in the project coming out good. Only minus would be that the project went a few days longer than planned, but we weren't time sensitive. We were more interested in the quality. Well done!

Had an appointment on 6/21 with Jim Johnson. It was for a new patio. He took measurements and said he would get back to me. Never heard a word back from him.

Great Job on a small job! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I needed some extra storage and called Tim Milton Construction for a bid on adding some attic storage above my garage. Everyone I dealt with at TMC throughout the whole process was courteous and professional. Jim was a pleasure to deal with during the planning and estimation phases, and the crew who did the hard work (in a hot attic, in the middle of the summer) was obviously skilled at what they do and they cheerfully busted out the job in one day in spite of what had to be 100 degree heat in that attic space! Great job by everyone involved!! I will certainly call upon Tim Milton Construction for any future remodeling needs I have. These guys are a professional business who do quality work!

Time Milton is a great guy. He has a great knowledge of construction and what would work best for us and what we are trying to accomplish. He's all in all a great guy. I obviously thought the quality of his work was good enough to hire him for the job and I'm happy with what he did. I've known him for a number of years so I didn't shop around.
