He's price was more than great and all my neighbors was so pleased with him that a few are going to call him to have other things done as well as get weekly lawn service done. I can not say enough of how my neighborhood were happy his work.

Pete did all work as agreed, kept me informed of any changes/issues, and gave me the result I was looking for. I would certainly recommend his company, and look forward to future business with him.

+ 0 moreI had roofers coming and needed some large shrubs pruned and some elm trees removed. Pete was great, he even came out on a Saturday to get the work done in time for the roofers. His estimate was very reasonable and below some of the other companies that gave me estimates. He even did some extra cleanup work I did not expect. I'm very satisfied and hightly recommend him.

+ 1 moreI placed in inquiry on Service Magic for an estimate to get my backyard sprinkler system operational in the house I've owned for less than a year. The first landscape company that was referred to me by "word of mouth" showed no interest in the work, despite me asking for estimates on two different times (that would be JP and Sons...see seperate review). Within minutes of my inquiry on ServiceMagic.com, Pete Czarnecki was on the phone, came out almost immediately, gave me the estimate, showed me how to operate the water line for my horses, and put me on his list for winterization. He has not performed any work for me yet, but if his responsiveness and professionalism is any indication, I suspect I will be extremely satisfied. His hourly rate is much more reasonable than anyone elses and he gave me a very fair estimate telling me everything we would need. IN addition, this man gave me great advice on how to exterminate the plethora of weeds growing in my front lawn (which he named as he picked examples of), which looks like it is going to take hold. The Lawn Czar will be my irrigation/landscaping professional for anything I can't do myself or don't feel like doing myself. This man acts like he wants your business so he will get my business. Customer service and value are everything.

Description of Work: Pete has magically brought my lawn back to life. He really knows what he is doing (he comes himself, not sending someone out!). Took care of root mold and adjusted the watering. Trimmed tree suckers. Looks around and does what is needed.He now comes every two weeks for mowing and magic. A most friendly service provider.

+ 2 morePete was a little slow to call me back (took about 5 days), but once he did, he came right out and went through my requests with me, and gave me a more than fair price. He performed the plantings, removed some my insideous Russian sage, and was great on the tree trimming. I have an oversized peach tree that was breaking branches from the weight, and he designed the support system to protect the tree from further damage, as well as called a master gardner to make sure he wasnt cutting off too much. His work was professional and he showed up when he said he would. I have additional work that I need done, and I will call him just as soon as I have the cash. Bad thing about these reviews is that he gets more business, and gets busier. I would like him to be at my beck and call, but it's good to know that as a prior customer, I will get more responsive work done (hint, hint).
