the overall service was excellent.
Description of Work: I have used this service several times. The first time someone came to the house and took the computer back to the shop. It was then cleaned and reloaded with all of my original files. The second time someone came to the house and installed a wireless set-up. I have also spoken to the the office several times and was helped very efficiently over the phone.

Very bad experience from the beginning. They lost my computer. The man who was working on my computer initially, was fired because of drugs. It has been 3 and 1/2 weeks since I turned the computer in to the company, and it is still not repaired correctly. The company doesn't seem to be able to "put it all together".....yet they have their storefront sign out as a computer shop. ...and they seem to be putting used or damaged parts into my computer.
Description of Work: I turned in an older computer to be 'upgraded'.

Unfortunately we hired a man who had a good reference and said he was unemployed. We employed him for almost a month and this unfortunate customer was the result. I am only as good as my employees, and I make it right no matter what. I am guilty as charged in this case, but I do remember speaking to her outside the store and we made amends. A little surprised to see this report on Angie's list. I thought after helping her and not charging her for all that was done, having said she was happy that she would call or stop by if she wasn't. I have gone to great expense two or three times in the last 17 years to fix anything like this. I hate unhappy customers! One unhappy customer can kill many opportunities. If you are the person who wrote this and would like to stop by, I would be happy to help make you happy. .............Tony
