Sunrise Window Cleaning

Provider appeared to be in a hurry. Washed windows inside first and removed all screens at which time I warned him not to mix-up where screens belonged because each and every window is a custom size. He became even more in a hurry when returning the screens to their appropriate windows as I heard him slam the screens into window frames. In addition, he did not check his work and left streaked windows on the outside. After he left I attempted to remove a screen to re-apply bird decals and absolutely couldn't. I then called the window washer to return and remove the screen for me and I informed him he indeed had mixed the order of screens to appropriate windows. He returned 15 minutes later than previously stated and brought a screw driver as a prying device with him. He proceeded to rapidly pry the screen from the wood window frame marring the wood in multiple places and ultimately bending not only that screen but the correct screen for that window. He said he could easily fix the bent screens after he first blamed the previous window washer for bending the screen frames. I informed him I was the previous window washer and that I had never had a bent screen previous to his bending them. He has never apologized for placing the screens roughly into the incorrect window frames, nor for bending the frames or for damaging the interior wood of that particular window frame. He has since returned both damaged frames having corrected their bends I believe with new but inferior parts. Only one of the two frames fits into its appropriate window. Frankly I do not want him in my house again so I will go elsewhere to appropriately get the screen frame fitted properly. I am I feel appropriately angry with this tradesperson and his shoddy work.
