Description of Work: Summit roofing came quickly after I called to give me a bid on replacing my roof, and submitted a bid shortly thereafter. I had 5 other roofers bid on the same job, same materials etc, and Summit's bid was more than $5000 more than the next highest bid, $8000 more than the average bid I received. I emailed them to find out why there was such a huge difference in price, because they are a well respected roofing company in this area, and never got a response.

+ -1 moregot bids from 3 other roofers. All the bids were pretty close in price and scope. I chose Summit because they spent the most time scoping out the roof and explaining everything that needed to be done. started within days of me accepting the contract they hoped to finish in 3 days, but took 3 1/2 days, which was fine with me. no unexpected issues the crew was friendly and communicated what was going on.
