The facility is clean and well managed. There's a wide variety of different things for fitness.

I believe I found one of the best places in town for a reasonable price. Most gyms will sock it to ya when you just need a monthly pass. I think $50.00 (with no other fees) is very reasonable for what you get. I did have to be staying down the street in the Extended Stay America, however, to get that access. I assume the Residence Inn next door would also qualify, but I don't know about any other hotels further away. I only rated them a and quot;Band quot; on quality because there were several machines I wanted but they didn't have (Triceps in particular). |

We would probably not use them again because it is not convenient for us.

South Reno Athletic Club provides a state of the art facility with all of the equipment I need for rehabilitation after a Total Knee Replacement, including recumbent Bikes, stair steppers, incline treadmills and a wide variety of exercise equipment and free weights. The management and employees are always courteous and encouraging. The discount for a family membership is also very helpful.

The experience is very good. The place is very clean. The people there are nice and helpful. They have good equipment and it is large so I am not working out right next to a person and getting their sweat on me. I pay between $30-40 a month. They take it out of my credit card each month. The staff is available to me. I use a personal trainer who is excellent. I can't say enough about them.
