A congenial young man inspected the chimney (from both inside the house and the roof) and the fireplace. He covered the fireplace to keep the hearth clean. He explained what he was doing, and he made some recommendations. We now feel the fireplace is safe to use after many years of not using it.

Excellent service. I found it a bit expensive but to be fair, I didn’t shop around for another company. I was very happy with Travis who was very professional.
