Sierra Air Heating and Cooling

I like the company's business plan. I pay a modest monthly fee and they come over to my home twice a year to check out and clean my furnace and air conditioner. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable and offer insights into keeping my equipment running in tip top form.

Outstanding company. Just installed our new hvac system. Estimate and sales process was totally professional. We had 4 different companies provide proposals. Sierra Air was the most thorough and complete. Final price was exactky what they proposed. The installation was excellent. I would recommend Sierra Air to my best friend

I have had a hard time finding someone to work on my swamp cooler. Sierra Air responded and today Logan Gurries came out. I didn't realize my cooler was leaking really bad (water bill went up $64). Logan adjusted it and stuck around to make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend Logan and Sierra Air. Thank you for responding.

There are some problems of communication between dispatchers and technicians. Itâ s kind delay of send customers message to technicians!

Very happy with the technician they sent out. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. He found that the last company didn't even put in a filter. He also suggested a way to make our outside unit last longer.

James and Justin came over approximately 8 AM or so. They were very polite and informed us what they were going to do and got to work immediately. They did a lot of work. It was actually more than I thought it would be when they were done. they explained what work they did With the furnace and then outside showing me everything that they hooked up and what it was on the air conditioning unit. They also cleaned up after themselves. These two guys were very efficient. I would hire them again.
