Sierra Air Heating and Cooling

From the time of the estimate with Vance Cleveland, to when the installers arrived, Brandon and assistants, we were sure this was the right company to hire. Vance did a complete inspection of the project areas; outside, the attic and crawl space. We had five other companies come in to give us estimates, all around the same price, they looked at what the systems were we had, no real inspections. Sierra Air is the best!

I like the company's business plan. I pay a modest monthly fee and they come over to my home twice a year to check out and clean my furnace and air conditioner. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable and offer insights into keeping my equipment running in tip top form.

I have had a hard time finding someone to work on my swamp cooler. Sierra Air responded and today Logan Gurries came out. I didn't realize my cooler was leaking really bad (water bill went up $64). Logan adjusted it and stuck around to make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend Logan and Sierra Air. Thank you for responding.

There are some problems of communication between dispatchers and technicians. Itâ s kind delay of send customers message to technicians!

James and Justin came over approximately 8 AM or so. They were very polite and informed us what they were going to do and got to work immediately. They did a lot of work. It was actually more than I thought it would be when they were done. they explained what work they did With the furnace and then outside showing me everything that they hooked up and what it was on the air conditioning unit. They also cleaned up after themselves. These two guys were very efficient. I would hire them again.
