Their help was not that good. One of the doors has to be redone. This started in Feb. and it is still not done. They have quit taking my calls. They were late because he couldn't handle the traffic. He did good work except for one cabinet, he didn't measure it right. He didn't fix it. They were supposed to be here two weeks ago and no one called or showed up. They operate out of Sacramento and service my area. They came out the same day to sign papers. They have the inability to communicate and they cannot complete the job. This is an expensive job and it's not being done the way I want it. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: Sears is resurfacing my cabinets and all of my drawers.

Their prices are good for batteries. They fix all kinds of unique problems. They are very good. Their batteries are much more reasonable than most places. They did the repairs while I waited. They were quick. A couple of the watches were unique and they were able to fix them. I would recommend them.

Their prices are outrageous but they are prompt and responsive to my needs. I would use them again in the future if needed.

So Sears, never again. Never ever. I haven't walked in the door since.
Description of Work: I had purchased a $2400 refrigerator from Sears. The item I had purchased, of course was not in stock. They told me it would be delivered next Saturday and then they called and said it wasn't in stock. It was actually about 3 weeks later that went in and I demanded my money back and said I would never come back. The manager came out and sold me a floor model, which I'm happy with. But it was delivered finally, after taking 2 days off work, because we had 4 different delivery dates. The service department and the sales department couldn't get their act together. For some reason it wasn't in stock, and when the floor model got here, there was a big gouge in the back.
