Ruth house cleaning

We have a fairly large home and 3 of them come. They are out in generally an hour and I will usually find some area they have forgotten dust. She has a lot of houses to do and so the quicker she gets through mine the more houses she can get. They have a set routine and they split up, and for the most part they do a pretty good job but I do find areas they miss. I have shutters and they cant reach the top, they are all short. When I see her in two weeks she has forgotten. I have found things that have been broken and I get there are accidents. She did tell me one time when she broke a little glass hummingbird and she went frantic trying to find one all over. There have been other things that have been broken and she hasn't told me about. I think they are in a hurry and she doesn't always tell me. They are not expensive things but they are damage none the less. She is a lovely lady and I have gotten to know the whole family. Her husband does the vacuuming and a lot of my legs have scratches where the vacuum would hit. I have told him a few times. There is a language barrier and I will have to tell the son and he is apologetic and then the next time or next month boom another scratch. I don't know if that is reason enough to let them go.
