Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning is a great company. They are very professional and I would definitely use them again.

Still waiting for follow up on additional window cleaning services. Will follow their recommendations of cleaning exterior windows twice a year and interior windows one time a year.

This company was extremely responsive, arrived on time and completed the cleaning tasks in a professional manner. There was no mess left behind and the cleaning job was excellent.

They arrived right on time and got to work. Did a good job of cleaning the gutters and a pretty good job of cleaning the area afterwards. Will probably call them back when I'm ready for my windows to be washed. Easy to work with.

WINDOWS LOOK GREAT FOR FIRST TIME CLEANING

The team showed up early and asked my son for access to the inside. They were supposed to wait for me to arrive and clean the outside first. My son is a minor and I did not want them to enter until I was there. I was upset about that. The quote given by Chris was not adhered to and windows on the garage were cleaned and charged for although I did not want them cleaned. I spoke with Chris and he was helpful and understanding. We came to an agreement about payment. I stressed that I would no longer schedule a service unless I was already home. I am NOT OK with service techs entering my home unless I am there. My son didn't know.

Prompt, reasonable estimate. Fast response and fast service.

The windows looked great but it was implied that the tracks would be cleaned so it was inconvenient for me to have to go back and clean them myself
