Not a good experience, because they never showed up and claimed that there was no appointment scheduled.

Heather bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule due to an extenuating situation. Sincerely appreciated that. Fidel and Anthony were great! Timely and efficient. Did a wonderful job! Thank you so much!

The cleaning itself went well. We had some difficulties with the billing but the owner, Chris Poulin, called and made things right. He even had some recommendations for cleaning my windows while we are selling our house that will save us money.

Tyler was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He kept me updated on the conditions of my windows as he went along and provided suggestions. I would definitely use them again.

Horrible experience. I was having a party on Sunday and I called Reno Tahoe Window Cleaning and talked to Chris. I made an appointment to clean my windows on Saturday at 9:30 A.M. He never showed up, never called. I called at least 3 times and left a messages. He didn't return any of my calls. It was too late to get somebody else to clean my windows on time for the party. The following Monday at 10:00 A.M Chris called to apologize. He just received the messages. He thought that the appointment was for the following Saturday and he went camping. Lame excuse, if you made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday you know that is the following Saturday not in 10 days. Bad, bad bussines behaivor.

They did EVERYTHING! Windows were cleaned inside and out. Not only did they wash the windows, the screens were removed, cleaned and replaced. This provider has it all. The prices were higher than I wanted, but it was a fair price and a great value for the service received. Highly recommended.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. They called about noon said they were running early and could they start the job at 12:30pm which was fine with me. My house has 32 windows which they did quickly and efficiently. They always put down a drop cloth to protect my floors and furniture from drips and wore shoe covers to protect my floors. The windows are spotlessly clean and streak free. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Chris Poulin is his name. I made the appointment last week. He went with the time that we wanted. He was on time. He brought three guys with him. They did our screens and I got a coupon for free screen cleaning and everything off of Angie’s list. The guys were excellent. We would use them again. What made them so great was that we have a security door and it has different sections. They took each section apart, cleaned everything, and put it back. They even switched out my top panel glass from my screen. He washed every screen. So, they were really good. I would have them again. They also do Christmas lights. In the winter time around Christmas time, they will come and put Christmas light, but we have never used them for Christmas lights because my husband likes to do it, but window washing is not one of my best. I can do the inside but not going around the outside with all the bushes. They are in their twenties. They are very polite and worked straight through. We chit chatted about dogs while they were inside. They were very friendly.

The team was great. Arrived and asked what windows needed to be done and got started. I have a flim on my inside windows that they were very careful not to scrach. The finished job looks wonderful. They remove the screens and cleaned them as well. I would use them again any time.
