Very professional and helpful. They arrived right on time and worked quickly building a new screen door for our back slider. The new screen door is very sturdy and works great. Exactly what I wanted. Will use them again for any screen issues I have in the future.

When I first contacted them, I left a message and Andrea called back very quickly. We discussed the repairs I needed and set up an appointment two days later. About 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment, Andrea callled to tell me that they would be a little late (only about 10 minutes). That was so considerate and professional! As soon as they arrived, they quickly repaired the 2 screens and did a great job. I got the animal-resistant screens and they look great. Thank you Andrea!

We were scheduled for between 1 and 3 in the PM but Andrea called around 12 and asked if they might come early as another customer had asked to rescheduled. We said sure and they came right over. Vernon built the new one while Andrea re screened the existing one. The work was fast, efficient and perfect for both windows, and the price was exactly as advertised. Very nice people and we would use them again without looking anywhere else.

Andrea came out and provided the quote for us. When the material had arrived, Vernon came out and built and installed the door. Excellent work. We would definitely use them again.

The provider was late but I did receive message after I checked my voice mail and they let me know they were running late. I checked my phone for messages after they had completed job and discovered they had called to advise me they were running a little late, so my oversight. Both workers were very nice and friendly! They fixed my screens in a quick and timely fashion and did an excellent job! The price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again and refer my friends and neighbors to this great company! My screens look great and I am very pleased!

Vernon responded timely and stayed within his quote. Quality of the installation was a concern as well as completeness of work. Called and left message to discuss...no call back. I value and am loyal to using local and small businesses and particularly value their loyalty in return. Don't know what happened here as other customer reviews are glowing but will find someone else next time I need screen repair.

Returned calls when they said they would, to set up appointment. Were able to quote price over the phone. Arrived on time to do the job. Reaffirmed quoted price. Job complete in half hour or so. Did an extra thing at no charge, moved the push bar on the front door screen so it will be behind peoples' hand when they open the door. Must have lubed slider on double door, because it works like a dream now. I would most definitely use these people again. Very nice folks.

I was pleasantly surprised that the price quoted turned out to be reduced at the end because they could use two of the sides of my bent screen. Please note when visiting them, their sign says," Mosaics" (another business of theirs). They do provide mobile service too.

Reno Screen repair was great. I got an estimate and an appointment over the phone when I called. Vernon came to the house to do the re screening. Last year I used another company and I had to wrestle the screen into and out of the car. There was no additional charge for him to come to our house. Vernon re screened, installed new wheels and adjusted the screen door. It works like new! When I made the original appointment I asked if I could add additional screens when he was out and that was fine. Reno Screen adds some time to the appointment just for that reason. In addition to the sliding glass door screen he re screened a small bathroom window, adjusted 2 more sliding glass door screens and changed out 1 more set of wheels. I would definitely do business with them again.

Fall 2011 we replaced all of our window screens (10) from the original dark brown frames and brown screening to nice new white frames with the silver/gray screening. They would normally have come to the house to measure all the windows but as I was scrapping the old screens I delivered all the screens to them and they built new ones the same size. Vernon delivered the new screens which fit perfectly and look and work far better than the original screens. I was so happy with the results we had them repair (re-screen) 5 window screens from our vacation home. They used quality materials and completed the order as designed and on time. Vernon, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this local family-owned and operated business.
