 + -1 moreThe website was very useful in giving me an idea of rentals and rates in the area, but when I tried to set up an appointment to actually view a property the reply was terse and not helpful. The listing realtor would only set up an appointment after I was physically in the area, not by email. I was trying to organize my limited time in Reno to locate a new rental from my then home in Texas. So I ended up renting through Craigs List, but the Reno Rental Finders' website is still a good tool with the chance you may contact someone who isn't so helpful.

 + -1 moreOnce the issues with the house were addresses they did place a tenant and the rest of the process was okay.
Description of Work: I really value the input from others on Angie's List, so I wanted to share my experience with Reno Rental Finders in hopes that it's helpful to others who have properties for rent. Overall I was disappointed in my experience with Reno Rental Finders. I live out of state, and needed someone on the ground to market and show my rental property. Because I was not there to see the condition of the house myself, I asked them to be my eyes and ears, and to let me know if there were any issues that needed to be addressed before they began showing the property. They did not indicate that there were any issues, and showed the house for several weeks as the tenant was in the process of moving out. When the tenant had fully moved out, I came to town and saw the condition of the house which was not good. It never should have been shown to prospective tenants in that condition. After a full weekend of scrubbing, airing out and intense cleaning -- and carpet replacement and other repairs -- I got the house in shape to rent, but I could not believe that they would show the house the way that it had been -- and I could not believe that they did not tell me about the problems, especially since I specifically asked them to let me know.

Description of Work: Reno Rental Finders identify the potential tenants and screen them and handle all the paper work for getting them into the unit. Then their job is done.
