Paul and staff were prompt, efficient and very friendly. Knowledgeable, explaining every step they took. They removed pet stains and made my carpet & house smell great. No harsh chemical smell as with prior carpet cleaners. They also did an amazing job on my bathroom tile!

$490.95 for 4 small bedrooms! A Complete Scam! Please stay away from this company. I have a very small house with small rooms. This company cleaned 4 rooms. I received my receipt two months ago for the carpet cleaning for $114.. I discovered yesterday that the Company charged us $490.95 for carpet cleaning. I called them regarding this issue and the owner Andrew was no help.

I was quoted $89 for three rooms of cleaning, but when Joe and his partner arrived the first thing he did was tell me that for more money they would add something (I don't remember what) and it would be much better. I said OK, then later he said that if he did something else it would strengthen the carpet for next time. My total bill went from $89 to $235. Then I realized that they hadn't even moved any of the living room furniture which they had always done before. Real Deal has always given us better service before. You don't have to worry about getting my business again.

They were able to get me scheduled for the next day and all was well. The two technicians were professional and prompt. I had them clean 4 rooms and a hallway all for $114 (look for coupon). The service was great and I will have no problem using them in the future.
Description of Work: I had to have my carpets cleaned on a specific Saturday due to a move-out situation. I had neglected to schedule for the carpets and started my search. After going through several, I found RD to have very good reviews. I called them and they were able to accomadate my late request. They even sent out a reminder email a couple of days before. Unfortunatly I did not pay attention to the date. I got a call the day before I thought it was scheduled for telling me the tech was on his way! I told them "no!", that it was supposed to be the next day as I was physically moving that day.

Never took a break, working straight through until the job was done. Carpets look great and will be dry in about 6-8 hours. Though there is a newer dry method out there that is more expensive, I prefer the standard long hose method - call me nostalgic. They were, quick, efficient and motivated to do the job right and they did! Thank you Real Deal for hiring only the best.
Description of Work: Called Real Deal on the 27th of April 2016 after another company was a no show for services and they were able to put us in today the 28th of April 2016 at 0800 as their first appointment of the day. Two person crew, very professional and after a short home intro they went after it. Superior work!

Paul and Tony were the technicians and they were so good it only took a little over an hour and everything came out perfectly!! I couldn't be more happy!! I would recommend this company to everyone from the woman who answered the phone (Pat) to the technicians, everyone was exceptional and very professional and the price you can't beat it!! Very impressed and grateful!!

They did a GREAT job! They were punctual, professional, friendly and efficient. My home is a two story, 2,712 square feet and except for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, it is all carpet. For the size of our house, the price was very competitive. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to everybody I know and to those using Angies List!

Very friendly and courteous guys. Maybe it's because I asked for their "green" carpet cleaning products, but the carpet didn't get as clean as I hoped. Worse than that, it left a terrible smell that lasted for weeks! I might try using them again, but I would go with the regular cleaning agents they use and hope they smell better.

They fully walked through the job explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions regarding the work they were going to perform. They supplied fans to help expedite drying. When they completed the job they had us walk through the job to ensure it was satisfactory. All and all they were great communicators.

Description of Work: Showed up on time, but without a full crew; one man showed up, extremely rude and unwilling to assist in any way to help me move one chair a few feet so that shampoo could occur under where the chair had been. Man refused, said if he had an assistant, he could help with the chair. When I offered to be the "assistant" he continued to refuse, and just stood there. I finally asked him to leave and cancel the job. What happened when he showed up was inconsistent with what I had been told by the company on the phone. When I immediately called the company, they did work very hard to make things right, and were able to send two persons over later in the day to do the cleaning.

their employees listened to my requests. they cleaned areas that had been cleaned by another, similar service 5 weeks ago and were already soiled. they got rid of stains that have lingered for years (with many cleanings) and now our carpets look almost brand new again.

Michael and Ryan called about ½ hour prior to arrival, both men were very nice, polite, and professional. They explained the process and finished in a timely manner. We are very pleased.
