PuroClean acted quickly and efficiently to mitigate our problem and stop further damage. Through the entire ordeal we always knew where we stood. Communication was 100 percent. Every process was explained to us and everything was completed within the suggested timeframe. Employees were on time, clean and thorough. When they said it was fixed, it was. No recurring problems. They got high marks from our Insurance Company and from The Pelizzari’s! It goes without saying that we have, and will recommend Puroclean to anyone who has water damage.

Josh was so quick to respond and come remediate our mold issue! We were on a time crunch and he really helped us keep the project on track after we discovered the mold issue part way through the demo. Hopefully we never have mold issues again but if we do, we'd definitely call PuroClean!
