Made appoint a week in advance. Brought car in before appointment time. They found three more error codes which did not come up on my OnStar report or the additional scan I had done previously with AutoZone. 6 hours later I called to get status and they still haven't repaired car. Now they needed car over night. I refused other repairs on the newly discovered error codes as they had no effect on P0446. One error code was for cruise control the other was fuel injector cleaning. The car was running very well no performance or cruise control issues only P0446 which is known to be an emission system problem. Next day picked up car. They replaced 3 parts. Within 48 hours the engine light came on again it was P0446 again. Made another appointment and, informed service rep I needed car repaired same day as commuting to pick up car is very difficult as it is a very long distance. Made appointment a week in advance. Arrived early for appointment, discussed problem with rep. then left. Later in the day I called rep to pick up car, it was not done, needed it overnight again. The next day I picked up the car no parts were needed they cleaned tubing. Again within 48 hours the engine light returned P0446. Made another appointment again a week in advance and informed rep I will pickup car the same day repaired or not. Dropped off car at appointed time and 4 hours later car was not fixed and they needed it overnight again. Now they said the car needed to be cold to repair the problem. I refused further repair and wanted to talk to owner but he wasn't available. Left messages several times. No return call. I picked up car and went home. Never received call from owner. Total attempts to repair this car at this repair facility was three separate times for the same problem. Took car to dealership and they repaired it the same day and within three hours.

Pretty standard diesel truck smog (emissions) check. I had to wait maybe 25-30 min., but they were very busy at the time (about 10am on a Tuesday), and I did not have an appointment. Quite satisfied.

Overall the services were satisfactory. The staff seemed knowledgable and fixed the brakes within 24 hours...that was the promised time. They were good at giving me details for additional things that needed to be fixed, but were honest about what I could wait on. The only issue I had was when we went to pick the car up, it took a long time for someone to acknowledge us and to get us checked out.
