 + -1 morePest Masters Protocol for pre-treatment of rooms, i.e., baging mattresses, etc., DOES NOT MATCH THE EPA'S PROTOCOL OR THE NATION PEST MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION'S PROTOCOL. Pest Master's says to put your mattress in the sun for a day and bag your mattress for a month to eradicate the bugs. According to the above mentioned resources, this is completely INACCURATE INFO! (Mattress need to be heated and or chemically treated. If bagging,one needs to put in an approved zippered Bed-Bug mattress protecter on and secure it tightly, IT MUST REMAIN THAT WAY FOR A YEAR!) Pest Master's had two of three red flags the NPMA warns to watch for. I could go on and on!! I will never recommend this company to ANYONE! Researched companies on Angie's List and hired Northern Nevada Pest Control - They took care of the bed bugs once and for all and even guaranteed their for work for a year!!
Description of Work: Treated twice for bed bugs only to have missed adult bed bugs and eggs. Pest Masters not only charged to come back and verify that they had not successfully eradicated the infestation, but ALSO blamed the re-occurring infestation on persons living in home.

Description of Work: I had a problem with ants under my pavers, and in the house. The previous company I used literally power washed my entire outdoor house with insecticide, and didn't want to go into my crawl space. This group states they use environmentally safe products and it is much less invasive. They have responded quickly when I had mice. My only issue with them is they sometimes call the night before they want to come which doesn't work for me,as I have dogs and have to be home. Oddly enough too, they don't bill me. I just do an electronic payment for the $90 after they have been here but would be nice to actually get a reminder bill. I have had no problems with ants while using them.
