+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the work that they did. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. They were able to give me a quote over the phone so that they didn't have to come out. John, the technician, was very professional, punctual, and did a great job. I actually had used them a few years back and was not very pleased because they left a few significant patterns showing for the cleaning. When I showed John, he apologized and was very responsive to my concerns. He explained that would not be the case this time around, but assured me to call him if I did have any troubles. There were no troubles at all and he rectified the previous image I had for the companies work. I was very pleased with them. The price was reasonable and it was a very good experience.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in two rooms.

+ -1 moreWe have been using John for the last few years to clean our carpets and we have been very pleased with his work. We have dogs, cats and a toddler, so needless to say our carpets don't always look perfect. When John leaves they look almost as good as new. He is prompt, professional, courteous and very affordable.
Description of Work: John cleaned our carpets with his special oxi fresh technology that is less toxic for our child and our cats and dogs. He did our 2300 square foot house in a little over an hour. The great thing about oxi fresh is it dries quicker than the traditional carpet cleaning technology and it doesn't dry crunchy.

Technician called and told me he'd be delayed by 15-30 minutes--no problem with me.Showed him areas of most concern. Job was done quickly and professionally. Would certainly recommend for anyone interested in not having to move large items of furniture. No splatter. Little smell. My primary interest up front was to avoid toxic cleaning materials. Very satisfied. Would hire again.
Description of Work: Had Great Room and small bedroom with few dark areas which I had tried to clean over time with limited success.
