Nevada Outdoors is amazing. The owner is prompt at returning calls and communicating. His crews are polite, work hard and are awesome! They are fast and the work they do is superb. The cost is extremely reasonable. We love Nevada Outdoors!

In late May, I found out that the lawn was dying in major areas for lack of water. However, Nevada Outdoors was still charging me for mowing and setting sprinkler. Apparently they were OK with mowing a dying lawn as long as they could still charge somone who wasn't around to inspecty the work. It ended up costing me over $600 in replacement sod to reair the damage they allowed to occur.
So far, my phone attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. I have now sent the an email outlining my complaint. If I do hear back from them and obtain a successful resolution, I will gladly update/revise this rating.
They can do good work if you are around to oversee them. However, there is still the moral and trust issue I would have working with them again.
