Description of Work: I was having problems with my dell computer. They walked me through my warranty and helped me contact dell. I was very surprised by the honesty and professionalism. They quoted me a price that was very fair but suggested I try my warranty. They were right. They will be my first choice when I need a computer fixed.

 + -1 moreNot only did they fix the problem, they were very comforting because it was a disaster to me.
Description of Work: A hacker got into my computer after I answered a phone call from a man who claimed to be the official person for my computer company and warned that my computer would crash in three hours if I didn't buy his service for $170. I unplugged my computer and took it to Mountain Computers immediately. One day later it was cleaned up and repaired completely with a firewall installed.

Description of Work: Computer repair: They exceeded expectations. They improved the speed, gave me more RAM, added better newer spyware, and shared with me how to better take care of the computer with annual checkups and updating spyware. They took me in immediately, serviced the computer in a day and walked through some additional trouble shooting after I got the computer home. Friendly, helpful and didn't quit working out the quirks until the job was complete.

 + -1 moreThis group was able to fix the ITunes connection problem and successfully repaired the other computer. I like them and think they're hard-working and honorable. It hasn't always been 100% smooth-running but they've always taken care of me!
Description of Work: They fixed a couple computers. On one my ITunes wouldn't connect with ITunes store. Another computer repair group couldn't fix the issue.

 + -1 moreI stopped by Mtn. Computers on a Thursday told them my problem. They took my laptop said it would it would be ready on Monday, it was and now runs better than ever. I will use Mtn. Computers again for all my computers needs.
Description of Work: They repaired keyboard fixed file system and file registry, and completed a 7 point tune up. Added 1GB of ram. Reset antivirus to AVG free version.
