I had 3 Arborvitae trees trimmed and I'm satisfied with the results. It came out pretty good.

Use extreme caution if you consider Medrano's. They seem desperate for work - should have been our first sign. They wanted to be paid in cash - not a good sign. Ask them for their certificate of insurance (we did not), especially workers' comp. If they balk at all, WALK AWAY. The crew took limbs they were not to touch and did not prune according to what we agreed to. Juan is very nice and he provides good service. Whether he didn't provide good instructions or his crew didn't do as instructed, I don't know. When asked why his crew took limbs they were to leave he responded. "This is what we normally do."

Great group of guys. They did an amazing job and left the yard clean.

Returned inquiry the same day and came to assess job of tree removal. The crew came later the same day! Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would use them again and highly recommend to anyone.

They were very PROFESSIONAL and the price for the job was very Resonable. They were able to take down two 40 foot pine trees and remove 5 tree stumps in just 4 and a half hours. They showed up on time and got eight to work. I am extremely impressed with their work and the fact that they didn't attempt to over charge me. I will be recommending them to anyone who is interested in having trees or stumps removed. VERY SATISFIED WITH THERE WORK.

Hugo and his crew "crowned" my Honey Locust (that won't stop growing) in about 2hrs. One of the tree men was hanging above my second story, on his back, with a chainsaw! My tree looks great and they left the yard clean. And after the quote, it was done the next day! Thanks!

MEDRANO TREES SERVICE contacted me immediately, sent someone out right away, gave me a quote, and then we negotiated according to my budget and then they sent 5 workers out the very next morning at 7:30 and did all the work as agreed upon plus more! I am very happy with the out come, they were very polite and professional and it was very refreshing to see these workers trimming my trees and removing the ones that had over-grown and encroached the yard and buildings...I am very please.

They came to my door and gave me a quote and we agreed and they took my tree down the day. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. Very polite.
