His communication skills were not good, and his timing was poor.

Ruben came in with his team and work started immediately. They worked with enthusiasm and professionalism. They painted my house and transformed my very nice home into a spectacular home. I will definitely hire them again.

There was a mixup on starting time and the job was delayed a day, but when they arrived the job was excellent although the cleanup was a little sloppy. Would recomend Medrano

They came out as scheduled and even accommodated same day staining of my fence. It was very pricey for less than an hour's worth of work.

They were mostly on time and worked quickly, and cleaned up after each day's work. Project included removal of wallpaper, repairing and retexturing drywall, and then painting walls, ceiling and skylight shaft.

They were on time and kept a clean work site. cleaning up at the end of each work day. They completed the project on time , did what they said they would do for the price quoted. I would hire them again.

They got us in quickly and the work was amazing! They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I am so happy I hired them as they also painted the house.

His work is good and he is courteous but make sure the paint you pick out is the paint he purchases. I doubt he used the paint I requested.

Paver patio cleaning, sanding, and sealing started quickly the day after the estimate was made. Overall good work, with the only criticism being leaving gaps between pavers with little sand, not using strong enough solvent to clean dirty areas on the pavers, and white deposits showing through on pavers after sealing. Overall, I'd use Medrano again.

Andy and his crew were clean, neat, and very competent. Andy helped us with special color mixing to figure out the right color. They had to do stucco repairs and old paint removal before they could even start painting. Their masking was perfect too. They painted the entire exterior, stucco, trim, gutters, down spouts, shed, and our home is beautiful.

Meticulous painting skills enhanced by superior workmanship in clean up and presentation of his skills and craftsmanship! Would rehire and will recommend him to anyone who asks.

The crew works fast and does a good job. Rubel was very responsive to my needs and made sure to show me the progress along the way. Will hire them again for other projects

After negotiating a fair price for painting our house, Rubel's team was professional, on time, and efficient. Every little issue I had was handled - in addition to the big job of painting the house.

Had some rain before the stain dried. They came back and put on an extra coat to make it look good. Was impressed by this. Hard workers.
