Absolutely Awesome Paint Job by Rubel Medrano! Exceptionally professional and hard working crew who provided the highest quality painting experience available! Meticulous attention to detail! My job required EXTENSIVE exterior plaster and stucco crack repair, much ladder work, caulking, and prep work, in addition to deck repair and deck staining - these guys showed up ON TIME, every time and completed my job to the highest of professional standards! They cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend them and I would certainly hire them again.

Good price, excellent work, reliable. He made my 12 year old cedar fence look new. He took off a dark stain and restored it so that it looks new. I am extremely pleased with the work he did on the fence and patio and would hire him again in a minute.

They were great. They negotiated a fair price for the job and worked with me to complete the job quickly and professionally. They worked clean and efficiently. We spent the time to walk each day from the pre work walk to checking daily to see if I had any concerns. I would recommend them with confidence.

The siding was not what was done. We decided to paint the exposed area to avoid future problems on the windward side of the house. I know there was a language barrier but I felt the work was not completely done. Most of the vinyl on the roof/eave board was blown off as well as the undercover of the eaves. Instead of removing the remainder of vinyl, they just painted over it. It looks fine but not what was expected. The paint job was well done on the concrete block portion as requested. I assumed they would pick up the blown off vinyl and at least stack it for me to dispose. None was touched. I guess most of this was my neglecting to be specific. The work done was good but very expensive without the rest being done. The cost was $1200. On the positive side, Ruben got back to me promptly, was very kind, and despite the very cold weather, completed the job in a timely manner, basically four hours. He really wanted to do more and I would follow up with Medrano Painting when I am ready.

I was very happy with Rubel Medrano work and the price he gave me. He textured and painted the ceiling in my dining, living room and hallway. He painted and fixed cracks in the dining & living room, he also put in all new molding in dining & living room. I would definitely use him again infact, I am going to have him do the rest of the molding in my house and texture my bedroom ceiling. He & his helper were very professional and I highly recommend them
