She went the extra mile - cleaned in places other so called "professional" services I used in the past didn't. Plus she will schedule for additional/specific problems as well.

Maria is very prompt and very efficient. She has a helper and completes her work in a timely fashion. Great attention to detail and puts things back where they were.

One day before Maria's first scheduled appointment with me she called me to tell me she was coming over with a "friend" to help her, and that her friend might work well with my request for Friday services. The appointment time had to be changed by a few hours so her friend could be here too. When that appointment time came, the friend and her husband showed up but not Maria. I asked where Maria was and they told me she was running late. Three hours later Maria still had not shown up. This time I was told that Maria had an appointment and could not make it today. When the friend and her husband were done cleaning, they asked if they could come back to clean on Tuesdays or Wednesdays...and gave me a few excuses as to why Friday wouldn't work. I said "no, I don't need help that early in the week". So they agreed to Fridays and left. When Monday came around I started receiving several texts from the friend and calls from her husband, requesting to clean my house on Wednesday. I assumed we had a deal for Fridays, which by the way Maria was completely absent from the entire picture by now! So I elected to not call or text them back until I could speak with Maria. At 3:00 that day the friend's husband came over and knocked on my door 1/2 hr straight, then left his card in my door to call him. It was so strange/weird, that I immediately texted Maria's friend back and told her I didn't need her help. I have never received such unprofessional or strange "help" before. The entire situation felt unstable and very uncomfortable.

Maria is one of the best people to work with that I have known. She leaves the area detailed and spotless. The only thing that I would recommend is that when you ask her the price that you owe, she should have an answer. The first time I used her I asked what she charged by the hour and she said that she does not charge by the hour, but did not come up with a price. I started with $10.00 an hour and was willing to pay higher if that's what she wanted, but really got no response. This should be clarified it would seems to me before a person is hired. I want her to work for me again, but I would like to have a price quoted for the job.

I had hardwood floors installed last year. Existing floor had to be sanded down (so I could change colors) . This resulted in dust from floor to ceiling, Maria cleaned it all from top to bottom and I have very high ceilings. She did and does an amazing job

I loved Maria's work. I was suprised that no one seems to work by the hour anymore. I was also surprised that she broughtsomeone else with her to work and we negotiagated the price. I just expected one person and by the hour.

Maria is an individual that performs this work. I have been using her for 10 years. I have a love/hate relationship with her. I wouldn't know what to do if I lost her.
