Description of Work: If a negative FFF was an option, I'd select it. They advertise in various places but when asked specifically about the apartment, the prices conveniently change.. for the worse. They advertised for a 4 bedroom/2 bath (3 bedroom converted) and when giving my specifications, the agent repeatedly offered me 2 bedrooms to convert to 3 as if the one they advertised did not exist. To makes things better, we eventually located the "4 bedroom" we originally were looking for on our own, but due to a few signatures they would get the commission, which was fine because they advertised NO FEE and the apartment complex would be paying the fee. The clincher: They tried to sue us for the remaining balance even though the complex payed out a fee contracted between the Bond and the complex just to spite us. It gets better, they even lied in court to say that they never advertised a NO FEE apartment, which when you think about it makes no sense if the complex paid out the commission instead of us. Does a company really need a few thousand from a bunch of poor students already borrowing tons of money? I think not. In any case, I found them to be incredibly useless and incompetent and many people are FAR better off searching on their own by simply walking up to buildings or leasing offices to avoid some ridiculous fee. Note, never sign a paper without reading fine print unless you have extra money you simply don't need and want to toss out the window.
