+ 2 moreI'm very torn on this review. First, in Lee Joseph is the only company I've ever call who actually showed up at my house. I've tried others, and at least they come over, so they get points for that. However, their scheduling is problematic. I first called on October 20, asking for service on my hot tub, and they said they could do it that week (before Oct 25, 2014). No one came. I waited another week. No one came. The following Wednesday afternoon (11/5/2014), I called and spoke to someone else, and she said she would send someone over. They finally came on 11/10/2014. Their work, once on-site, is good. They performed the services requested. I just wish it was easier to get any pool guy over to the house to work on my spa. I realize that it's not exactly rocket science, but for $200 for 2-3 hours of work (with 90 minutes of filling the spa and watching the grass grow), it's not really that hard. I just wish they could do a little better. I'd begrudgingly recommend them however. They actually show up, eventually, whereas other vendors say they will and then never do.
Description of Work: Lee Joseph Pools, Inc. was called to do a hot tub/spa system flush, drain, and refill of a 500 gallon spa.

Description of Work: I had aquired a spa and when I went to fill it there was a leak. I called around town to have a service person out to check it and give me an estimate. Most of the places I called wanted over $150.00 just to come out and look at what had to be done. I then realized that Lee Joseph Spas were at the end of my street. I went in and spoke to them they were so kind. I told them what was going on and the next day I had a service person there to look at it. He was quite young and not sure what to do with the spa I have so he called the shop they were going to send a more experienced repair person I just have not made the time for them to come back by. I will call them in the next couple of weeks to come out to repair it, as it is once again Winter. All of the people I spoke with were very professional and helpful. They did not charge for the visit. I would refer people to them no problem.
