To our surprise, the length their entire staff went to make sure the job was, not only complete to the specifications and approved layouts, they went far beyond adding those little touches that have made the finished product one that we're simply excited about. Mike Kelly, the landscape designer, was only one of two vendors to provide a detailed landscape plan and his plan took into consideration our budget and our desires. Further, he supervised each and every aspect of the installation. Sal the supervisor was on the job daily giving directions that were clear and immediately followed by a group of very professional landscapers. In addition, everyone involved was courteous and cordial and provided a easy and quick experience. Even when two problems occurred, they were immediately corrected without question. I didn't expect it to be this easy and truly was gearing up to fight the normal vendor problems. Instead, the KDH staff, specifically Mike and Sal made the process almost enjoyable. In fact we left town for 10 days during installation and came back to 90% of the work completed. I would definitely recommend KDH for landscaping and Hardscape work. In fact, we have now hired Sal and his crew to perform weekly maintenance.
