+ -1 moreGood luck getting this guy to call you back to schedule an appointment. I called him twice, both time he said he wasn't in his office and would call me back. I'm still waiting. If he can't be bothered to return calls and act in a businesslike manner, I don't want him working on anything for me.

+ 2 moreRufino was the fifteenth provider I called for an emergency Saturday night service call. Of the fifteen providers Rufino was the only one to take my call (no one else even bothered to call back after leaving messages on their emergency voice mail lines), asked me specific questions about my issue, talked me through a potential work-around, and then agreed to come out for a service call on Sunday. He was prompt, courteous, knew his stuff, immediately isolated the problem and fixed it, all within about a twenty minute time period! I've got other electrical issues and I will most definitely call JR Electric LLC again in the future for my emergency and non-emergency electrical needs.
Description of Work: Troubleshooting and replacement of a ceiling light fixture that had shorted out. and took out a good portion of the electrical in my home along with it. (Not phone wiring as the default category suggests -- I don't see a way to change this in my review. It was electrical wiring/light fixture/troubleshooting.)
