He also has great contacts, from electricians to mortgage writers to also help with the home inspection. I was very happy with him!
Description of Work: I worked with the realtor Dennis Strafford. He helped my husband and I find a house. He also assisted my daughter and her husband.

+ -1 moreI called the office and was told there was one person who specifically handles rentals but that she was on a call. The secretary took my information and said she would be calling me back. I never received a call back so I called back in. I once again spoke with the secretary, confirmed my information and said she would forward my information again. Days passed and I never received a call back.
Description of Work: I called in regards to handing a rental for me.

Description of Work: Moving to an area I was not the least bit familiar with, I joined Angies List. I was looking for a realty company to purchase a home and hoped the List would help in my quest - verses flipping through the virtual phone book and keeping my fingers crossed. Sadly, there were few reviews on realty companies, but one was enough to catch my eye. Written by a woman with numerous purchasing experiences, she recommended KRCH Realty. Figuring one review was better than none, I called. (I'm patting myself on the back right now as we speak..or type). This "team" and I do mean "TEAM" did everything right. From the first phone call (Josh setting the tone) to phenomenal, hard working, quick responding, thorough, intelligent and (my personal favorite in a situation such as this) - got your back Kirim McGowan to equally dedicated, hard working, patient - if you knew me you would realize just how high a praise that is - Kim Johnson. Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times over for such in incredible job each of you did!
