Jim Farley and his wonderful team did an excellent job painting our house and staining our deck! Jim is one the nicest people you will ever meet. He has a heart of gold! He and his team delivered over the top service. Jim is also very helpful with color selection which was a great help to us. He also has a carpenter/painter on staff (Gustavo) which also was a great help to us. We had some boards that needed replaced and our flower box was in bad shape. Gustavo replaced all the boards that needed to be replaced and he not only fixed our flower box but he totally built us a new one at no extra charge. Remarkable!! We highly recommend Jim for your painting needs. You will not find a better company to do business with. Jim told us before he started painting that we would have the nicest looking house in the neighborhood and he sure delivered on his promise!! JF painting is definitely a 5 star company!

The crew did an unbelievable job. They went into great detail in prepping each area prior to painting and clean up afterward. At the end of each work day they would inform me on they had completed during the day and what they would be painting the next day. Gustabo and Nelson were timely each day, very polite, courteous and amazing painters. They finished the project on time. I would hire then again without a doubt. Jim Farley, the owner of the company, checked in on the job frequently to verify that I was satisfied with how the job was progressing.

Jim was so helpful and advised us and helped us pick colors for our home. He was right on the money with his choices. Gustavo and Nelson could not be more friendly and their work is excellent!!! . I will always use Jim for all my painting through out my home, both interior and exterior! We couldn't be happier.

Jim and his crew were excellent. Gustavo was the foreman. He was always so polite as was Nelson, another member. My wife made a few changes to colors once painted, and they were agreeable to changing the walls. We were told not to worry about feeling rushed until we were 100% satisfied. In the spring we will have Jim return to paint the exterior. We had several estimates and Jim's was the fairest. And he turned out to be the best!

Jim Farley of JF Painting is a stand up guy who keeps his word. I have an older home (built in the 50s) and had several broken siding tiles which Jim's guys replaced for me at no additional charge. On one of Jim's visits to my home he even helped me fix my washer! We did have a mix up on the paint color, but he fixed it quickly at no charge. His guys were professional, courteous and worked at lightning speed. I am in love with my house again! Jim is a friendly guy and values his reputation. He'll do a great job for you.

Jim, the owner, is an honest gentleman who clearly knows his trade, quotes a fair price, and delivers "over-the-top" satisfaction. In this day and age it is a rarity to encounter the likes of Jim and his staff of painters - what a joy! Timeliness, honesty, integrity, pride in their work product, professionalism, neatness, respect for people/property are words that come to mind. If you want a "job well done", hire JF Painting. Jim matched the paint to keep our HOA happy; and, his crew worked at a pace we couldn't believe. In 2 1/2 days the job was done - house exterior, trim, garage door and all. The process was so seamless - we hardly knew the crew was even there. Jim and his crew were all so courteous - you'd almost like to have them as ongoing friends. I am completely satisfied with all 3 jobs! The first house needed some of the fascia replaced also and the crew did a great job. The second rental needed a side garage door replaced in addition to the painting. Jim found a person to replace the door and that house also looks great. The gutters were in pretty bad shape and I had those replaced on my own. Lastly, came my house. I was home with a sprained ankle while the guys did my house. They were very courteous and professional. They even rolled my garbage cans back up the driveway from the curb for me, since I was hobbling around on crutches at that point! And I didn't need to even ask them; one of the guys offered, for which I was very grateful. I am extremely pleased with all 3 houses and would use this company again, except that I am now out of houses. The cost for the 3 jobs, was $3000, $3500 and $3000.

Jim gave me an estimate, scheduled a date, worked around my complex schedule and did a great job. He and his crew arrived at the scheduled time, did a fabulous job, and left my home not only beautiful but cleaned up all evidence they were even here (except the newly painted home)! I can't say enough kind words about this company. They were kind, prompt, respectful, and paid attention to the details.

Jim is amazing with color selection. He and his crew have painted the interior of a house we owned and my daughter's home. JF Painting has also painted our business office on more than one occasion. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service JF Painting provided. Jim and his crew were very professional and friendly. They finished right on schedule, the paint job was exceptional and they did an excellent job of clean up! I was so pleased with the work they did, I hired JF Painting to paint the interior of my business as well.

1. Responded to my request for a no cost estimate within 48 h. Estimate provided by Jim, the owner of the company. The other two companies I contacted for estimates sent out representatives of the company. In both cases the "representative" did a quick walk around the house, handed me a glossy brochure and told me they would e-mail an estimate in a few days. Neither company followed up with a call or second e-mail to ask why I had not responded to their estimate. Jim was the antithesis of the other two companies. He took the time to really look at my house. He pointed out an area of water damage on one side of the house and said he could replace the rotted boards if I wanted but was not pushy about it. I did not get the feeling he was pointing out a minor problem just to drive up the cost of the estimate. He spent time with me describing exactly what he he would do and answered all my questions. As for cost, Jim's estimate was about $500 above one of the other companies and about $900 less than the other. 2. Jim scheduled the job for about 1 month after I signed the contract. This was fine with me because I know early Fall is a busy time for painters and the start time was well before the onset of cold weather. The painters arrived bright and early on the scheduled start date and finished on schedule 3 days later. 3. Jim uses a crew of 3 or 4 men that have been with him for years. The same men came each time; no going down to ManPower to get new temp workers each day. The painters were very polite and non intrusive. They brought their own refreshments and even a Porta-Potty so no asking to come into the house. 4. The job included pressure wash of the entire house, caulking of all door window trim, replacement of the water damaged boards, scraping all loose paint, one coat of primer and two coats of paint to the walls and trim. The result is spectacular. In my humble opinionI now have the nicest looking house in the neighborhood and everyone that has seen it agrees. 5. After completion of the job the men did a thorough clean up and replaced everything that had been moved exactly where I asked them to. 6. Jim was around every day during the job and came over 3 or 4 times afterwards just to ask if I was satisfied. 7. Finally, when Jim was here doing the estimate he noticed that I have a very steep north facing driveway. He casually mentioned that it must be difficult to get in and out of the house in winter. I told him the truth, that each time it snows a layer of ice forms under the snow which takes days or weeks to melt because the area gets so little sunlight. Between the ice and the incline of the driveway it is impossible to walk on the driveway much less shovel the snow. I am trapped in the house for a week or longer every time we get more than a dusting of snow. Jim immediately told me regardless of whether I I hired him to paint the house or not I was now his special winter project and that I could expect a couple of men from his company to come out after every snow storm to clean off my driveway at no charge. It is only the middle of December and so far they have been out twice already without my asking. I just look out the window in the morning and the driveway is clear. Jim is truely my guardian winter angel. 8. I plan on repainting the entire interior of the house next year and of course will be using Jim again. And it is not just about shoveling the driveway, I will use him again because of the excellent job he did on the exterior. I sincerely hope anyone who reads this will hire Jim for all their painting needs because he is the BEST.

Jim and his team are very professional and do great work. They were very punctual and fast working and helped us get our place painted over the Thanksgiving holiday. They were very accommodating and cleaned up nightly, so we were minimally inconvenienced by the work. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Jim was highly recommended by friends of ours who recently had him paint their house. He was very professional and personable. We felt his bid was very fair and competitive. Our recently purchased house had not been painted for 20 plus years. The team was very professional, polite, and they did an excellent job prepping and repairing the house. They had to reset nails, repair gutters, and replace some trim and boards. JF painting also fixed our patio cover and our back fence meeting the HOA standards. Jim also recommended staining the patio cover for better longevity instead just painting. They also cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. We were having difficulty selecting our paint color and needed to submit them before the next Home Owners Association meeting for approval. Jim was extremely helpful getting a paint color match with a home that we liked under a very aggressive timeline. He was challenged because the color deck had been retired and he had to match the color with a new paint company. Jim was always on time as scheduled and managed the crew each step of the way. He was very good at communicating the process with us and was our advocate throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with the quality of JF paintings work and would not hesitate to recommend Jim and his team to anyone.

Jim and his crew were excellent and very easy to work with. The prep work was thorough and included removing storm gutters and replacing some wood on the eaves as well as sanding and caulking. The job took 3 days, and the house looks clean and new. Thank you so much.

Jim and his crew did a wonderful job! This is the second time they painted the inside (1st time about 8 years ago). They also painted the outside of the house around the same time. They were very professional and cared about the work that they did. The Foreman, Gustavo, was courteous, kind and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend JF Painting!

I first met with Jim when he came to my home to provide me with an estimate for painting the interior. I knew right from the start that I was going to hire him as I completely and totally trusted him to not only do things in a professional way but I could see and quickly learned how much he cares about getting the job done to the homeowners satisfaction...getting things done the right way. I had received two other estimates for the same thing of which both came in higher priced than what Jim was offering. Quite honestly, if Jim's estimate were to be the highest, I would have hired him anyway due to what my gut feeling was telling me and due to Jim's honor and integrity. Jim and his crew painted my house when they said they would and finished when they said the would. Everyone on Jim's crew has the utmost respect for the homeowner and they are willing to go above and beyond. I am impeccably happy with the job Jim and his crew did and will be hiring Jim again but this time to paint the exterior of my home. The painting went as scheduled with the garage interior added to the original order. Baseboards were painted after installation with the crews coming back as promised to complete the job.

Jim runs a top notch painting operation. He arrived for our estimate appointment on time and in addition to giving us a very fair price, I felt comfortable and confident that they would do a great job. Jim stated at our first meeting that they do every job as if the house was their own and he did not disappoint! Scheduling was a challenge with all of the rain we have had this summer, but Jim communicated with me every step of the way and ended up completing the job a week before we anticipated and in just two days. Once the team arrived, Jim was on site to make sure the job got started smoothly and was able to match our paint colors exactly! The team did an amazing job of prepping and the fascia boards look like new again as does the stucco repair. The team was extremely polite and respectful and left the job very tidy. Their was an issue with the front door color and Jim has gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the final outcome.
