Great customer service is almost impossible to find in this day and age. Therefore, I searched for the best firm in the business of painting homes and was referred to Jim Farley Painting by a supplier who sells paint and supplies to all the painters in the area. If you look up in the dictionary the words ethical, professional, caring and friendly, you would find Jim's picture. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Not only does Jim go out of his way to do the perfect job for you, his professional workers do the same. There is such a pride the workers feel about getting the job done right, working for an ethical owner of a business who appreciates them and, they also care about the needs of the client. Jim wouldn't settle for anything less than a job well done! The price was right, the best paint was used, and the job was done to perfection. This is the company to call for any of your painting needs! Trust me about this!

JF Painting was recommended to us by an acquaintance who also had her home painted by JF Painting. We had to obtain approval from our Home Owners Association (HOA) with our paint selections. JF Painting provided a sample card to accompany the required HOA form. The card also contained paint samples from another home in our area with the colors we wanted. JF Painting met with the owners of that other home to determined the exact colors. The HOA was impressed with the details we provided and immediately approved the painting of our home. Our thanks to Jim (owner), Gustavo, and Nelson. We will be a good reference for them.

Great response for estimate, and scheduling. Delivered on promises, and as weather changed schedule, were well advised on schedule (not much you can do abour wind or rain), but stayed with an aggresive schedule. This is the right price for the quality you receive. Even better actually. Very pleased all the way around. Will call on them again, without hesitation!

Jim is a genuine person and professional. From the beginning, he demonstrated excellent communication, professionalism, punctuality and went out his way - definately ABOVE and BEYOND - until job completion. I cannot express how delighted I am with the job that was done!! The exterior house looks amazing and better than I imagined. My interior paint was a mess and they cleaned it up so well with cutting in at my ceiling. Jim was so gracious and kind as he took it upon himself to replace a junky old window without charging me. His kindness extended again, as he offered to help me repair my fence, simply out of the goodness of his heart and thoughtful consideration of how he could help. He was always positive, energetic, and decisive, yet listened patiently and respectfully to my perspective on the project. I will definately use Jim again for my next painting project, and I have already told many people what a great painter I was lucky to have found!!!

Jim gave me a quote to paint the house. He then asked for the colors that I wanted. We tried them on the side of the house and finally decided on a combination. They were delayed due to weather but came and finished the house in a timely manner. They cleaned up their mess and did a fantastic job.

What was very important to us was the color choice for our home. We have difficult brick and roof tile colors - which are non-variables when choosing exterior shades. Jim was very persistent getting a color combination that was not only flattering - but we now have the best looking house on our street! A number of neighbors have told me so! I never thought we could get it to look so good! Also, his team did a number of and quot;above the call of dutyand quot; services, like installing a new lock for the garage mandoor that we needed to match the new front door locks (which they also installed). They were also great about announcing their arrival on the property and with cleaning up after themselves. We've had OTHER contractors leave extensive messes around the house - but not this crew. Out of the many contractor's that we've had around the house doing various work lately, Jim and his team were by far the most friendly and punctual out of the bunch. We have already highly recommended Jim and his team to friends not only because they do great work but because they are always looking for ways to provide non - contracted services to make us happier!

Jim Farley, Owner and his team did an excellent job. Professional, detailed, timely and thorough in all phases of our exterior house painting project. In addition repaired section of fencing equally as professional. We are completely satisfied and will have Jim and his crew return in the fall for some needed interior painting.

I had asked Jim to come over and look at the house when I saw the great job his crew did on a neighbors home. We discussed what needed to be done he and wrote up a quote for the work. His rates were very reasonable and we hired him for the job. His crew arrived on time, were very carefull of the landscaping, deck, patio and walkways while they painted. Jim and his entire crew arrived on time and were very professional, they did a great job and finished on time. We will definitely hire them for any future painting needs.

His name is Jim Farley. He is very professional and does a great job. If anything is wrong, he is right here. He has done $4-5,000 worth of painting for me. They even fixed my fence for me.
