Waiting to see

Jeff and his team did a wonderful job. I called for a new estimate (after getting an estimate last year and saving money in the meantime), and he returned my call immediately. His estimate was honest with no hidden fees. Within a couple of weeks, Jeff and his team began the work early in the am on a Monday morning, and the job was done by Wednesday afternoon! The quality of the work was impeccable and our roof looks great. He installed vents as well, so now our home feels much cooler in the summer. The crew disposed of all materials and kept everything spotless, as well.

. . After being told that Jeff would inspect my roof and give me an estimate to replace missing or damaged clay tiles on my roof I heard nothing for 1 month. After attempting to contact Jeff without any response I posted a review on Angie's list giving his company a grade of F. Within a few days of posting the review I had both a phone call and an e-mail from Jeff apologizing for not getting back to me earlier with the estimate He said he was out of town due to a death in the family. Along with the e-mail apology he did provide an estimate for the repair work which was about $650.00 higher than the company I had already selected to do the work. Because of his response, tardy but polite, I am upgrading my review from an F to a C.

A few weeks ago, we contacted a few roofing contractors for estimates. JC Roofing was one of them, and we're so happy we called. Jeff was a pleasure to meet with and his estimate was the most reasonable. Instead of drawing up an outrageous estimate that included work we can't afford/don't need, he showed us how much the basic job would cost, and the other items could be included as add-ons. He was also the most knowledgeable, personable, and honest of the contractors we met with. We asked him about a dripping problem we have over the carport. Many contractors might charge us to to fix it, but Jeff showed us how to do it. We will be giving him our business within the year.
