Janiga, Dr. Jennifer

Very professional. She was sympathetic to any issues I had. Helped me understand what was going on. She's just very knowledgeable. She's very nice. She went out of her way to give me some referrals too. I had to wait over a month and a half, because I did have an emergency and I was on Medicare. But once I got in then the next appointment was within a month.

The doctor was prompt. Examined my dry skin and gave good advice on the moisturizer too use. Get the thick cream in the tubs/jars not the pumpable kind, it's too thin. I bought Cetaphil, one she mentioned, it worked great. She examined the growth, cut it off and burned the remainder. She sent a piece of the growth for biopsy. She called weeks later with the results of the biopsy, it was negative, and to do a follow up. The doctor was professional and cheerful at all times. I would go to her again.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Janiga, and while she was very personable, she did seem to be in a little bit of a hurry to finish up with me. Not as bad as some doctors, but still there was a sense of my needing to hurry up. I understand doctors only have 15 minutes, and she used that time wisely. She prescribed a medication that I later had to change, but it worked and that was okay. Overall, she was a good Dermatologist, and I would see her again, if I needed to.

Dr. Janiga was thorough in her exam and she performed the necessary treatments. I was very satisfied with the results and follow-up. She has an excellent, friendly staff.
