They did a good job. It took about 24 hours to complete the job. They kept the area real clean.

Consultant was very knowledgeable and professional. Took some time to get an appointment. Products seemed of high quality and installation process seemed competent. However estimate was very high and seemed very expensive. Chose another vendor with a lower bid. However, would consider Home Depot consultants for other projects.

They did great. It looks nice. They came in and did it fast. The doors work great, no problems. They were professional. They were punctual. They did some work that we didn't request them to do but them ran out of supply.

It took them one day to finish the job. It was wonderful. They were great. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

Very helpful in store and installation was easy! After a terrible experience at Best Buy, HD was just what we needed.

I had someone else do the installation. The experience of purchasing the carpet was good. The salesperson was great but picking up the carpet was difficult. I had some problems with that.

The HD assistant carefully informed us about the possible problems with each blind and arranged for delivery to our door. No problems whatsoever.

Everything went exactly as expected, though I do need to return some excess materials that were delivered. My new floors look fantastic! Installer was very friendly and professional, and he really knew his craft.

Extremely well. I got sick just before they were do the install so was not prepared. They rescheduled a later job and came back that afternoon and finished me up.

The young man who came to the house was very courteous and informative. He even told me how to get help from the Airport Authority to replace my windows....

Our experience with Home Depot's services and personnel have always been a good experience. Will definitely do business with them again with future projects.

Aug 20, 2012: Ordered door on-line thru Pay Pal. Waited 16 working days and never heard a word from anyone. Sep 11, 2012 checked order on-line. Said the ordered DELIVERED (Lie), Never have seen the door. Said the credit card was rejected and everything sent back. (Lie). I used Pay Pal. Said the order had been in our hometown for 4 working days and not delivered. What would you believe??? Remember, all this time no one had called me!!! Sep 11,2012 called customer service. She checked and said the door was damaged. NO ONE CALLED ME!!?!?!?! Waited all that time for the door that I really wanted. So MAD and P OFF. and contractor was waiting to install it. INCOMPETENSE is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!! They said money would be refunded thru pay pal. Should I believe them ? If I hadn't called on the door, I probably would never have heard a thing. I have all information in writing to back me up. NOT SHOPPING HOME DEPOT ANYMORE!!!

Their prices are excellent and they sell quality products. I would continue to use them again in the future if needed.

They were very prompt, did a great job, and were wonderful. They were very helpful in the show room. They spent ample amount of time showing me all the different quality of products and were able to help me match the existing carpet from the floor below. There was ease in setting the appointment schedule and they understood and worked around all the snow conditions.

It was easy to complete the transaction and the people who came out to do the work did a good job. We haven't had any trouble with the windows and I will use them again in the future. I thought they were competitive and they got the work done on time.

Replaced kitchen windows with Anderson double pane windows in wood frames. They sent out their man to measure; they ordered wrong size which did not fit. They came out again and remeasured, then reordered more windows at their expense. This did not fit either; wrong size. Third time we got a different, better installer who understood Anderson windows, and ordered ones that fit. However, we had to pay the third time. Essentially we paid double what we should have paid. Would NEVER trust Home Depot to work on my house again!

A disaster from start to finish. It took over 3 months from the time we sat down with the sales person to select our doors and windows to the time the one door was installed. There were problems at every step of the process, too numerous to write each one, but here are the highlights. The subcontractor who measured our doors and windows did not send the store all the measurements, which hung up our order estimate for several weeks. The sales representative who ordered our sliding glass door forgot to mention that we needed to order the insect screen separately. We found out the day of the installation that there was no screen. The store tried to charge us for a second installation because we did not want the door installed without a screen. We never received a written order confirmation which led to a lot of confusion. The installers tracked wet paint on our front driveway (the painter specifically told them not to walk on the drop cloth). Our original plan was to paint after all the doors and windows were installed, but it took so long to get everything accomplished at Home Depot, our timeline got crunched and the jobs overlapped. We discovered an erroneous drill hole in the frame of the door after the installation. It's not clear if the hole was drilled before or during installation, but the installers didn't point it out or offer to replace the door. We spent hours on the phone and visiting the store to straighten out the multiple problems. There are too many people involved in the process leading to plenty of opportunities for miscommunication plus plain incompetency.
