A kitchen outlet was not working. Electrician diagnosed problem as a loose wire - repaired it. Two way switch in hallway was not working properly - he replaced them. Two days later, kitchen outlet failed again. Had to call him back - he replaced the outlets. Second visit lasted 35 minutes and he kindly only charged me for half an hour (for a visit that should not have been necessary). Used the word four times during his visits to our home.

Showed up on time and were fast workers. The project was completed faster than I expected. The quality of their work was excellant and I look forward to working with them in the future.

They came on time and finished in about three hours. My EV charger works great.

Electrician came out to the house by 7:30 am and was finished by 10:00 am. The cost was much less than expected. New outdoor outlet is working perfectly.

I had called another electrician and when Helix called I said thank you but I already had another job ..unfortunately the people I contracted with let me downs so weâ re booked 3 weeks out. One day day later I called Helix to see if they could come out a soon as possibleâ ¦ This morning Anthony and Mark showed up on time and got right to workâ ¦ My job is quite small.. just entailed changing out some bathroom light fixtures,, bathroom exhaust fans and replacing two bulbsâ ¦ They were courteous and efficient.. I would definitely recommend Helix electric. This is a five star companyâ ¦

No Mask. I had to request he wears one. He did comply. Spent a long time looking at things. Finally reported the wire was wrong which should have taken a few minutes. Came in with a dirty shirt on at 7:30 in the morning. I did not trust that he knew what he was doing. I was charged $220 for not much. I would not hire this company again. I found the company on Angis list.

Tony did a great job installing some new ceiling fans for us. We really appreciated the high quality work and also the good customer service.

My 1970s fan was replaced with a new one. The fan circumference of the old fan was larger than the new. The tech was amazing. Since the existing size was larger, he took the new fan and rebuilt it into the old casing. Wonderful work.
