Hard to rate because they didn not actually do any work. He just pointed out the GFI in the garage and told me that that was the one for all three bathrooms. So, I felt the $125 service charge was a tad excessive.

Terry is a personable and no-nonsense technician. He is my go-to guy for my next electrical project or problem. He represents his company well.

Dealing with Terry was an excellent experience. He reached out and contacted me and offered his services. At the time I was dealing with getting a refund on the prior electrician s appointment that was a disaster. Once I was in a position to have Terry install two power outlets on my deck he promptly came out and completed the requested work. He and his quality of work is professional grade, exactly what I expect from someone or a business I am paying to do work for me. I have found my electrician for any future electrical needs and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Terry, job well done.

One of the best experiences I have had. Andrew was on time, wore a mask, and worked efficiently throughout the day. He explained what he was doing, offered multiple suggestions, was clearly knowledgeable, etc. I would, and will, ask him back next time we require electrical assistance. We have already recommended him to our friends.

Prompt response via HomeAdvisor. On-time for appointment, neat, friendly, and offered to wear a mask in our home (which he did with no complait at all). Worked quickly, efficiently, and the prices was more than fair. Would definitely hire again.

The technician was actually a few minutes early to install new ceiling fan and he knew what he was doing. Did the installation cleaned up and was finished in less than an hour.

Great experience with Helix. They got right back to me after I submitted a request for a quote to install a NEMA 14-50 plug. Were able to schedule install quickly. Friendly and helpful. Installer, Andrew, was very polite and helpful and worked hard. Literally, my only slight complaint was that he was running about 20-25 minutes late for the install appt and I had to text to confirm someone was on their way. Price was $1 more than quote but was several hundred dollars less than other quotes from other electricians. Would highly recommend.
