The quality of the work done by Helix on our project was excellent. The electrician, Jimmy Smith was very strong technically, and he was flexible in coordinating with our landscaping people, who were a bit slow on there part of the job. I will definitely use Helix Electric, and Jimmy Smith in particular on our next project.

Received quote that was over inflated. Called office and talked w/ manager and agreed to project. When i received the final bill was 50 % grater than quoted . When reviewing the job quality- onsite was eating an sandwich and overcharge me - time onsite . Overall to much reoretic w/o tactful work completion.

The service technician Jimmy Smith was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He took prompt care of my problem. I will hire this company to do my electrical panel upgrade.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness of the Electrician who performed the work. He also cleaned up the area where he was working.
