Will was quick to call me to set up an appointment to come out to my house and get the requested work done. He called the day of our appointment to confirm he was coming and what time he would be arriving. He was knowledgeable and offered some advice on where to put my light up. I made some last minute changes and he was accommodating to my request. He finished the work in a timely manner. When he was done he explained the work he did and offered a step by step on how to work my new outdoor lighting. I would highly recommend this company.

The electrician was very professional and did a very good job. However, the company, located in Reno, NV, tacked on an outrageous fee for mileage to and from Carson Valley where we are located. Next time (if there is one) we will find a local electrician.

Quick response. Sent right expert for my specific job. Received call from electrician in advance so he would be prepared for job, and he completed it within time promised. Only thing to be aware is there was a $35 â service feeâ which was not disclosed when I asked about pricing over the phone. But I definitely recommend this company.

I needed a plug and outlet replaced in a commercial stove. The reason for the problem was something to explore. HOWEVER, a second person showed up and harped at me about whether or not i possess an occupancy certificate??!!! This took 5-10 minutes and stopped when i declared it was none of his business. The rest of the long day was spent contemplating and estimating what it would take to rewire my $65,000 system which was installed with oversight by nv energy, Wells engineers-the stove manufacturers, and the city inspectors. Long last, long day, all of the plugs were replaced with different types than the manufacturer provided. Now my $27000 oven is having trouble reaching temperature and this whole ordeal cost me $1300. The first electrician was very polite and friendly. My mistake for being polite too, i should have demanded the repair and shown them the door.

It took longer than anticipated. Not everything was completed that I d hoped. The work done however was good. The estimate was five hours and it took over eight.
