Very good customer service, Will did a great job on moving my light switch and fixing one of my hard to get to canned recessed lights. I will go back to them and recommend Helix Electric to anyone I know who wants the work done correctly.

Will is very professional and has mad skills! He finished the project in two hours, which required putting in two additional boxes in the ceiling and wiring the two fixtures . We are very pleased with the work and the professional help.

Terry, the service technician, asked me questions over the phone about the job, and gave me a quote which ended up being right on the money. Also he gave me advice on a future project. The work he did was perfect!

They did damage to my fence gate. They did not finish the job cameras were at bad angles. After a quote and inspection prior to the work, they could not finish the job. I would never recommend them to do any work for me or anyone else.

Will, the electrician was great. I just have one suggestion. An on sight estimate of proposed work would have been helpful to me. My expense was $75.00 more than I expected with only two of the four items completed. I probably would have had more work done and done differently with some professional advice.

The electrician arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, and even took away used fluorescent tubes for me.

The technician stated that $125 for first 30min and then $90 per every extra hour. He came in at 10:15am and left a few min before 10:45am. He just had to go outside and turn the circuit breaker back on and check the outlets. Overload caused the drip. He was well-mannered however I felt it was a rip off since he charged $219 for 15-20min of service which I could have waited for the next day and got fixed for less than $90 by any other electrician .The technician spent a good 3-4 min typing some notes in his computer. Felt that he was trying hard to exceed the 30min. I asked him clearly how much he charged before he came in, and he stated that it s $125 for the first half hour, and I was expecting to pay that amount. When he said it s $219, I asked him about the $125 for half hour, and he said something that did not even make sense to me... He said something about $30 extra payment to contractor. Should have explained it when I asked him earlier about the hourly rate. I will never contact this company again since they do not communicate the rates clearly and rip customers off!

We couldn t find anyone local so we had to use this company out of Reno. And we were charged a $95 travel charge. Very frustrating. But he was fast and so far great results.
