Heavy Duty Concrete and Pavers

They are completely unprofessional. Unreliable an undependable. They left debris in my front yard/street for 4 days. Splattered concrete all over my sighting without cleaning it up. I paid extra for them to grade my yard, which they put 0 effort into doing a good job. I was told it would fix my run off, which they did not. The owner Israel was supposed to go over the job with me once they picked up the debris 4 days later. That did not happen. I called an complained about everything above, an he was supposed to come see for himself. Which he never did. I tried referring my brother to them before I had such bad service. An he actively avoided coming to my neighborhood to give my brother a quote. So rather make me happy an get more work. They would rather avoid an ignore the situation completely. The overall experience was a negative one. They need to work on the customer service badly.

Israel and Victor were professional and knowledgeable. The crew was as well. The driveway came out great.They started on time and did an outstanding job. So well in fact, we added an additional job (a rear patio). We have received many compliments already. Victor and Isreal gave us several recommendations which we followed. Finally, their prices were very reasonable.

Victor listened to my request, gave advice , & got busy & Israel & crew got the job done keeping me informed all the way.
