Heavy Duty Concrete and Pavers

Israel and his crew were fantastic. I come from the construction industry so I have seen some poor operators but HDC & Pavers is not one of them. Their bid was fair and work exceptional. I had other bids but I believe I got the best value for the job and a higher level of detail and craftsmanship. True professionals. After encountering unforseen problems, not of HDC making, with the tear out, Israel came up with a alternative plan that was better than original plan. Brick patio looks like it belongs in a magazine. Israel tries his best to make the customer happy. I would use again if needed. 4 full days on the job so it was not a quick one.

Heavy Duty did a very quick and thorough job as they installed a back patio and a walkway that leads around the house to our garage backyard door. Unfortunately, there was a bunch of loos rock and the trim of the cement was left and not filed down. Also, they had to tear down my fence in order to get into my backyard; the workers didn’t build my fence back when they finished the job. I had to call the company to have someone come back and put my fence back together. When they did, my fence wasn’t put back together the right way. I had to call my father in law to come fix my fence. I would recommend them as the cement looks nice and the timely fashion they were able to complete the task, quality is a little concern and when the job is completed, the cleanup isn’t thorough either.

Israel came out immediately to provide an estimate for the work we want to have done. That job is on hold for another month. However, we had a leak in our underground sprinkler valve. We contacted Heavy Duty again and Israel came out right away. The next day they dug up the vale and replaced it. They protected the landscaping and it looks like they were never there. Great job!

Somewhat happy with the results, poor customer Service, poor communication and poor finished work.

I received a detailed estimate for the project. The company scheduled work within my timeframe. Israel and workers showed up on time and worked until the project was completed. A couple days later, the owner stopped by to see if I was satisfied with the work and pick up any leftover refuse. There wasnâ t any. The drive looks beautiful!

These were good, hard working individuals. They finished my patio in only a day, and the work was excellent. The patio is beautiful. Beyond that, the price was Very reasonable.

Isaiah was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. His crew was also friendly and reponded to any requests I had promptly.

I found that the COMPANY isn't good at communicating. Was told one thing and then did something else more than once. They did not keep blankets on for curing as long as they said they would. Driveway is still not totally dry and now snow. Hope it doesn't impact the life of the driveway.

They did a good job of completing the work. We had a minor communication problem at first but that was resolved. Once resolved, things went smoothly and the crew did a good job

My paved driveway looks beautiful! Israel and Victor take pride in their company and often work along with their employees. They were on time, worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up as they progressed through the job. The estimate was detailed, they recommended paver suppliers to visit, and all questions were answered whenever asked. Great to work with!

Very happy with the finished product. Crews were professional, paid attention to most details and were always willing to answer questions. We ran into a few minor problems with finishing touches on the landscape work, but Israel made sure to follow through himself and resolve those items. Showing character as an owner that cares about his company's reputation and doing things right! Have already recommended them to a co-worker looking to complete a similar job.

The company encountered a problem not of its own making. Israel worked very hard to resolve the problem and complete the job before I needed it done.

Estimator was poor. Took 5 revisions. He did not listen, he just submitted what he thought I should do. His words to me were I know how to do this job, I will do it my way or I will not do the job. The office manager, Denise is good she listened to my changes and worked with me to get what I wanted. The work crew was also great. My walkways and patio are just the way I wanted them. The Broom &Shine finish is perfect and looks great. Over all I rate Heavy Duty Concrete, with 4 stars. I would hire them again.

Great company to work with. The estimator was on time and delivered the bid quickly. The office staff responded quickly to all my questions. The crew was polite and happy while doing the work. Everything was cleaned up, leaving the area just as they found it, except they left a beautiful new patio!!!

I had Heavy Duty Concrete pour a small patio and walkway at my new home along with a landscape wall. I had a tight timeline and they completed the project in plenty of time. The guys worked so hard in the heat of the summer and cleaned everything upon completion. I would highly recommend them.

Denise, the office manager, is a definite asset to this company! She kept us informed about any delays and was extremely efficient. The work and the work crews were fine, (once they got started), and the only problem, thus far, the under concrete drain system is not working. The rain storm yesterday showed the deficiency! Apparently some blockage in the pipe line! Otherwise, happy with the job!

Got the job done ahead of schedule. Looks good. We are very happy with it.
