If I could give them 10 stars I would. They went above all my expectations. My partner had a stroke 2yrs ago. These guys did everything they could to make sure it was safe for him to get down the driveway. A few changes had to be made along the way so the work wouldn’t be compromised after they were done. I was kept informed everyday of what they were doing. The workers were very respectful and pleasant. The price is very reasonably as well. I have already recommend them to 2 neighbors and a friend.

WOW, they are great. Everyone ferom the office staff to the guys walking around in the wet cement were funny and friendly. Many of them didn't speak English, but easch one had enough to answer questions. They were confident, hard working craftsmen. They acconodated everyrthing I asked with "we will take care of you". The price was half of the other bids I got, I will definitely hire them again.

Fast! They arrived at seven and were done about six even with some unplanned extra work.

My experience was nothing but bad. They left concrete overpour into the lawn that dried including incasing a sprinkler head at a 45. Evan after several attempts to get them back to jackhammer out the overpour they just ignored me. Would not recommend this company.

Heavy Duty Concrete and Pavers is a great company to hire. My driveway was cracked and lifting. After a few estimates, Sean came to give me my last one. He answered all my questions, measured and gave me a reasonable quote. He became my â go-toâ guy. The crew came the following week and did a great job. They were professional and very efficient. Iâ m so glad I found this company and anyone would be happy with them.

They were on time, cost effective and finished a large Paver project in 3.5 days. The only reason why i gave 4 stars on the quality is it appears that either they had run out of the Paver blocks To build a retaining wall and used a large rock and some concrete to build the last step from our patio to our yard.

The preparation work was done properly. Overall, the concrete work was very good, but a few spots could have had a better finish (concrete retaining wall surface was not completely textured). The pads had to be perfectly level and not sloped for structures, and this was done correctly. The only concern is the less than consistent communications with the project coordinator. It took several calls to their office manager to get the project leader to either contact me or set up the workers for my site. There was also a delay from finishing the prep work and the start of pouring because another job had priority over mine. The job took longer than planned, and the crew had to work late into one evening to finish the installation. Clean up was performed the next day. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, and the price was reasonable.
