Description of Work: Put in new hose faucet. Very expensive. Use new non corresive material and let approximately 12 feet of 'teflon?' extra material looped in corner at cost of $80/foot for which I paid. | |Put in new sup-pump which took several trials and took over a week to complete. They did not have enough employees and the supervisors were out of town. This resulted in confusion and loss of time and promises to show up but did not. On three occasions, different plumbers arrive and finally the supervisor installed the pump. I had to call the dispatch about five or 6 times to get attention and resolution.

Description of Work: installed two water hammer suppressors took ten minutes said that bwas all that was paid for Ridonculous!!!!!

Description of Work: The main copper water pipe into my house had eroded and a tiny hole led to 10 inches of water in the crawl space. We scheduled a time for someone to come out, do an evaluation, then repair the situation. The time window came and went before I called, only to find out that the person scheduled was still working on a previous call. I was honestly frustrated that no one had contact me, especially since I was waiting at a house with no running water during triple digit temperatures. Someone did come and do the evaluation that night. The next day, the repairs were completed perfectly. Though I was frustrated initially, I will absolutely continue to work with Benjamin Franklin in the future. The work was immaculate and everyone I dealt with via phone and in-person was profession, polite, and very friendly. Are they expensive compared to other companies? Maybe. But rather than charging by the hour, they charge by level of service. In my case, that ended up being a huge money saver. They even waived the evaluation fee and gave me a credit to my bill for being late the first day. I respect a company that admits to a mistake and makes amends. | |Again, I would absolutely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone in need of excellent quality work. I know they will be my first call if I am in need of a plumber again. |

Description of Work: Tom arrived during time frame given to us. He was very personable and we liked him immediately. After donning covers over his shoes he started removing and installing new garbage disposal under sink. He worked quickly and did a good job as far as I can see. We had purchased the $49 for $150 deal which Benjamin Fraklin Plumbing offered and it worked as advertised. No question we would request Tom if we needed plumbing work in the future!

Description of Work: Water Heater Inspection and Flushing, and Inspection of Water Faucets Outside. Everything went well. Very professional. We did have some rusty water coming out for about a week when using hot water, but the manager was very prompt in returning my call... explaining that that happens and approximately how long it would take to settle. It did and we are very happy.

Description of Work: Paid their discounted rate of $50 for $150 worth of plumbing work and was astounded at their quote to replace a simple toilet - $199 if I picked up and delivered it myself up to almost $800 for them to do it. I spoke with the owner, Greg Hawthorne to let him know that I felt taken advantage of being an out of town owner and would never do business with his company. |I bought a new toilet at Home Depot for $99 and had it installed for $50. A total waste of time and money for this "discount price"

Description of Work: Quoted replacement of shower faucet rather than just diverted at 2000.00. Used friendly plumbing and they changer diverted at cost of 96.00.

Description of Work: They reaffirmed the master sinks, put in a gas line, and replaced the kitchen sink.

Description of Work: Replaced one outdoor faucet and repaired another one. Installed shutoff valve for outside water line. Very happy. Will use them again and recommend them to others.
