Description of Work: The plumber replaced the innards of my toilet tank. He arrived within the time frame promised, and was friendly and professional. Problem fixed! No complaints!

Description of Work: Replaced water heater, installed a valve, shut off on sprinkler system and will also be capping another line over 3 visits. I would have given them an A but the first appointment was scheduled for between 2-6 and they did not come that day. I understand that they had extra unscheduled work to do at a previous site; however, the fact remains that I had things to do but stayed home 4 hours waiting. Even with good reason, it is frustrating.

Description of Work: Diagnostic only. Unable to locate shutoff for repair. Got tied up on another job, however called to notify me. Will be doing repair.

Description of Work: The provider did great. I unexpectedly found a drainage pipe broken under my house resulting in about 2 inches of standing water. I called and had a technician on site within 4 hours. The technician quickly assessed the needed fix and scheduled for the following morning. The fix was done and while it will take a while for the water to dry up, I feel confident that the issue is resolved.

Description of Work: Replaced gas hot water heater, installed sump pump and connected to plumbing system in crawl space & installed water treatment. They were thorough, responsive and professional. Received a call from the office when they were on their way.

Description of Work: A re-build of two toilets, at $75 per toilet |There was difficulting contacting the service initially because the number given went to an answering machine that was not answered. I finally was given a correct number and scheduled the repair. After that everything went well. Serviceman arrived on time and repaired the two toilets which are functioning properly after four weeks | |

Description of Work: we thought the hot water heater was leaking and needed replacing. However, the plumber found it was just a simple problem and was happy to fix it. While there he also handled some minor problems we were having. We were quite pleased.
