Great Basin Tree Care

EXCELLENT!! From the moment that Zach came to the residence to see the requested work to the very end when ALL work was correctly completed PLUS the cleanup was thorough and FANTASTIC!! I really appreciated that Zach reviewed with me the required proposal of work to be completed that morning of the job. Further, the crew took the time to do additional requests that we felt were necessary that day. Zach have an exceptional crew and they were all very professional and polite. Further, the pricing was very fair and competitive. Job well done!! THANK YOU!!

We used Great Basin to remove a tree and stump from our side yard. Our first experience with them was good, however they did not remove the stump in anticipation of planting another tree in its place (they would remove when planting the replacement). At first they were fairly responsive but that has gone rapidly downhill. When we did finally get a quote from them it included the cost of stump removal, which we had already paid. Finally got hold of them to revise the quote and provide a date to plant our replacement trees but had to call and email multiple times. Again yesterday I spoke to Zac and assured me he would get me the revised quote and date via email last night. Received nothing. Emailed again this morning and was sent the same quote and no date. At this point extremely frustrated. I would love to revise this review based on them stepping up and doing what they promised to do......we shall see. I had to choose would not hire again, but in reality we are TRYING to hire them again, just not having much success. We were pleased with their work, just not with their lack of responsiveness.
