Gary is extremely professional. He keeps in contact with you every day. The person that bought our home, it turns out that she's very difficult person to deal with. She was calling him constantly as was realtor. We didn't know it at the time that she had bought numerous properties in our neighborhood in the past and we found out subsequently that other realtors didn't want to deal with her because she was such a difficult person, but Gary handled it with complete professionalism and didn't let us know all of the horrible things that were going on behind the scenes. After it was all over and we found out all of the burdens that he had to take on to sell our house, we were very, very thankful. This poor guy was bombarded almost 24 hours a day for 2 or 3 months to sell our house. A lot of people had approached us to try to sell our house, but Gary made us feel really comfortable. It was not a hard sell and he said that we could go at our own pace and that we could meet the people that were going to be purchasing the house.
